In 2009 a couple of friends bought a forsaken petrol station on a tiny island off the coast of Helsinki. We decided to turn it into a restaurant that serves the most perfect pizza in the world. Sure enough, we hauled a massive oven weighing over a ton to the tiny island. After a little while we achieved what we had envisioned: thin crispy, delicious gourmet pizza. But it was never round, so we decided to call it Liuska, after the island Liuskasaari, Skifferholmen in Swedish. We have never believed in conforming to the norm, doing what others do. We suggest you don't either.
